Terms of Service

You may only use WayForge to recover domains that you own or have explicit written authorization to recover. By submitting a domain, you represent that:

• You are the registrant or have rights to the content.
• The content does not violate third-party IP rights.
• You will not use recovered sites to engage in fraud, malware distribution, phishing, or any illegal activity.

• Recovering domains you do not own or have rights to.
• Building networks for distributing malware or conducting phishing.
• Reselling or redistributing WayForge's proprietary tracker/signature databases.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or DoS the Service.

The Service is prepaid via crypto credits. Quotes are final at the time of payment. Refunds are issued in credits only, at our discretion, for failed recoveries caused by platform errors.

Recovered content belongs to you. WayForge retains ownership of its pipeline, the Genesis Shield template, Footprint Salt algorithms, and tracker signature databases.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee

specific SEO rankings, indexing by search engines, or availability of the Wayback Machine. You assume all risk for how recovered sites are used.

WayForge's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
